Tried frriend's 54l board but even at 22.5" was too wide for me to straddle-start.I flew a couple of times after side-mounting could improve that but will be tough in rough conditions as kneeling cannot tell if enough wind to lift wing and such a low volume is not forgiving.
Moved onto 75l and some fun riding small swells but a bit messy near high tide.
